I opened my massage therapy practice in 1991. By 2008 I received my certifications as a Stott Pilates trainer, having experienced the benefits of the method during rehabilitation from caesarean surgery. Most recently, while searching for a counterpoint to pilates, I fell in love with yoga and in 2016 added RYT-200 to my credentials.
My clients range from competitive athletes to lifelong desk jockeys, and from teenagers to octogenarians. My practice includes more male clients than most. What everyone has in common is the desire to feel better and function better, and an interest in understanding the physical connections which can make that happen.
